Groundbreaking event Venray

On Thursday, 4 december, after many months of hard work is the construction of the new headquarters of Inalfa in Venray (NL) started. The symbolic "shovel in the ground" was carried out by a select group of eight men, like the ambassador of China, the regional minister of the province of Limburg, the mayor of Venray and management of BHAP and Inalfa.

The past period can be characterized by detailing the layout of the building complex within the characteristic design together with the contractor Van der Heijden Bouw & Ontwikkeling and the architect Marc Ibelings. In addition, all necessary licenses were granted to Inalfa thanks to the close collaboration between the project team and the municipality of Venray.

During the event plenty of attention was paid to the vision of the building design, the building process in general and the future of Inalfa and its ambitions. COO Jan Tulkens tells about this: "Since Inalfa has its roots in the Netherlands, which is in the center of Europe and Venray is also centrally based a map of the automotive industry, this turned out to be the best option for our new headquarters, the Global Competence Center and the European organization."

The new office complex fits perfectly in the automotive world of Inalfa; It is a powerful architectural silver-colored building with a streamlined design. The architect was inspired by the design of cars, especially the grill, hood and the lines of the whole car by designing this special building. And as with a car also in this case, you see the Inalfa logo proudly and prominent on the front side of the building.

The construction should be finished early 2016.
